Hi…I’m Kelli Dawley and I want to tell you a little bit about my good friend and fellow Realtor, Jen (Davidson) Merigold. Jen grew up in Medway with her parents and sisters. She graduated Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School in 1986 receiving a trade certificate in Commercial Art. She and her husband Ray, of the past 27 years, met and began dating when they were 18 and 19. They have lived in North Attleboro for over 33 years. Jen is a great person and a wonderful mom to their beautiful daughter, Lynne, who is 17 and a senior at North Attleboro high school. Jen is a local Realtor and has been for over 20 years. Not only have we been friends for years, but I have worked with her as a Realtor. She truly cares about her clients and working with them throughout the entire transaction.
Throughout Lynne’s school years, Jen has volunteered as a PTO member and as the Enrichment Coordinator for the Community School. Jen also volunteered as the Function Coordinator for the Attleboro Board of Realtors. She has participated in several Relay for Life events. Currently, she volunteers as the President of her condo association, working to make sure the community is maintained with quality and cost effective service.
In addition to Jen’s upcoming fight, her mom, Sandy, is a 15 year breast cancer survivor and Jen’s inspiration. Jen was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer in November. Unfortunately, while they removed the tumor, she will have to undergo chemotherapy beginning next week and after will have radiation treatments. During chemotherapy and radiation Jen will not be able to work and their insurance will not cover all the expenses involved in the surgery and treatment. While Jen has continued to be in great spirits and is looking toward a positive outcome, it will be a battle getting through the treatment.
During these tough times, knowing many of us are struggling, we are asking if you are able to make a donation to financially assist this wonderful family. Any contribution would be sincerely appreciated. Thank you so much!
