Jen - In Memory (see update)

(My name is Sharon -Jennifer’s husband Dave is a colleague; he and Jen are my friends.)

This is Jennifer Gibson – a sweet, loving lady who is an unstoppable fighter!

Jen and her husband Dave have amazing, bright and generous spirits.  They are very giving – always helping out whenever they are able and smiling in the face of adversity.

Now it’s time for us to help them.

In April of 2014, Jen had open heart surgery to repair a torn aorta.  After the surgery, her kidneys failed and she ended up on dialysis.

Jen has recently been diagnosed with cancer. She is undergoing Chemotherapy treatment and is also still receiving dialysis. Because both the Chemo and the Dialysis take a toll on the immune system, Jen has suffered complications and has been hospitalized repeatedly.

As you can imagine, this is a difficult time both spiritually and financially for this little family.  The costs of treatment, transportation, hospital stays and daily life are high.  Yet, in spite of these challenges, Jen continues to inspire with her courage.

Let’s show our true holiday spirit by lifting this family up with donations to help defray some of the quickly mounting expenses; and please send them the love and healing energy that will help them weather this storm.
