Free to Be is a youth development charity which exists to create access to therapeutic adventures, nature based residential experiences and social skill building groups that support the emotional health, build resilience or provide new opportunities for vulnerable children in London and the surrounding areas. They do amazing work and my sister has been involved with them for several years. 

I will be running a half marathon on my birthday (January 14) to raise money for Free to Be. Every penny donated will be spent directly on provision for vulnerable young people.
