Hi there,

This gal has a birthday July 1st. Yep, it's that time of year again and I want to celebrate. Like, reeeeeeeaaaaally celebrate all the brave & admirable people & organizations that have been championing the rights of those whose voices simply are not heard. One such organization is The Equal Justice Initiative (EJI).

The EJI is a nonprofit, human rights organization committed to ending mass incarceration and excessive punishment in the United States, challenging racial and economic injustice, and protecting the basic human rights for the most vulnerable people in American society.

I would love if you donated, however much you can. If you cannot donate financially please do donate your time and take a few minutes to learn about the EJI's work and think of other ways that you can help (post about them on social media, volunteer..there are many ways to help!)
