Hello All,
Our friend's sister, Jenn, has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Her final wish is to take her family to the beach. She wants to be the first one to stand in the ocean with her granddaughter. Her daughter got married on the beach. All her good moments have been there. She doesn't travel well; she hasn't much time.
She has been a social worker her whole life. Jenn had Brit at 18, put herself through college as a single young mother, and got her degree. She has spent 23 years of her life protecting other people. She once told us that she managed about 15 cases a month which equates to helping at least 4200 children.
48 is way too young to have to make a final wish. We'd appreciate anything you can pitch in to help us make her wish come true.
