Jenn’s battle with cancer

It is with a heavy heart that I share the heartbreaking news of my incredible mom's passing. On August 8th, after a courageous battle with stage four breast cancer, she left us.

Mom’s journey began on December 3rd when she first felt unwell, and a hospital visit revealed the devastating diagnosis: stage four breast cancer that had spread to her lungs, liver, brain, and bones. Despite the grim prognosis, she faced her illness with remarkable strength and resilience. She underwent radiation treatments starting in early January, targeting breast and lung cancer, and continued with additional sessions for her brain in June.

Her condition required frequent hospital visits and constant medical care, which took a significant financial toll. To support her care during this time, we set up a GoFundMe page. Now, as we make arrangements for her viewing and memorial services, we continue to need your support. The donations will help cover the costs associated with her final arrangements and any remaining medical expenses.

It is with a heavy heart that I share this difficult news about my incredible mom. On December 3rd, she started feeling unwell, and I took her to the hospital out of concern. After a five-day stay, we received the devastating news: she has been diagnosed with stage four breast cancer, which has now spread to her lungs, liver, brain, and bone.

Despite this challenging situation, my mom has faced her diagnosis with incredible strength and resilience. She began radiation treatments in early January, targeting the stage four breast and lung cancer, and continued these daily sessions until January 16th. She went back for more radiation treatments in June for the brain.

My mom has been in and out of the hospital frequently, as her condition requires constant medical attention and care.
