Hello to all...
Jennifer is my cousin, and I started this page for her to help with her cancer treatments and potential transportation for natural treatments. Many of you know about Jennifer's recent diagnosis of Stage IV small intestine cancer that has metastasized to the liver and various lymph nodes. There is very, very little to no research on small intestine cancer, so the prognosis is unknown. Doctors use guidelines for treating it from what they know about colon cancer. She has been traveling every two weeks to Cancer Treatment Center of America in Zion, Illinois where she has received 4 chemotherapy treatments so far. She has 2 more chemotherapy treatments and then the doctors will do a PET scan on her 7th visit to evaluate her progress. Jennifer has recently done her research on chemotherapy and cancer, and has learned the toxic and damaging effects of chemotherapy. Even when a person gets chemotherapy and if they become "cancer-free" on a PET scan, chemotherapy does not kill the cancer stem cells. She feels God may be leading her to seek more natural, nontoxic treatments. Unfortunately, there are very limited options for natural treatments, especially for stage IV, in America. Jennifer and her husband are currently exploring and researching their options. There are 3 week treatment programs in Mexico, Canada and Germany. The least expensive one is roughly $19,000. This is a LOT, but only a fraction of what the medical industry makes on only ONE chemotheraphy treatment!!! The oncologist has told Jennifer if cancer is not reducing that he will order a stronger chemotheraphy. Jennifer and her husband are doing lots of prayer and seeking guidance, because she has very complex decisions to make. Please support her in your positive thoughts, prayers and any way you can support her. God is a way maker, and if it is in His will for her to do these natural treatments, He is the only one to make a way. Jennifer and her family have had a rough last 3 months. Her father passed away, she had a new baby and she found out of this news just days apart from eachother. Jennifer has a loving, hardworking, supportive husband, and 3 beautiful boys ages 2 1/2 months, 4 years and 11 years old. Thank you for taking the time to read her story and please encourage her, pray for her, and if able, support her in any way. Please check back here for updates on her Facebook page "Prayers for Jennifer" https://www.facebook.com/Prayers-for-Jennifer-1865377163747969/
