Our sister Jennifer Patton was diagnosed with breast cancer following her first routine mammogram in October. After biopsies, scans, labs, and additional diagnostic tests, her medical team determined a mastectomy, chemotherapy, radiation, hormone therapy, and antibody treatment are necessary.

Unfortunately, Jennifer's insurance coverage is minimal and her out-of-pocket expenses are overwhelming. Her mastectomy was completed successfully on Monday, November 21st. However, this is just the beginning of her journey and she will soon start the reconstruction process and her other treatments.

Jennifer, along with her husband William and their two children, have experienced much love, support, and prayers from their church, family, and community. Continued thoughts, prayers, and any financial help for her and her family will be greatly appreciated as we rally together in their time of need.
