My name is Jennifer and I have 2 little girls, Katelynn and Bailey, who are my world. Two years ago, my ex-husband was arrested for trying to kill me and involved my children. This wasn't the first time, but it was the last. He was only given 5 years probation and got to walk. Now, for the last 2 years, he has been dragging court out, trying to take custody of his biological daughter, Bailey, and take my house and get me to pay for all his attorney fees.

Now, I have been fighting this custody case on my own as I can't afford an attorney; they are way too expensive, and I can't get help with legal services because he used them in jail. He has left me disabled and needing hip surgery and back surgery.

I just had surgery August 6th but I need help. The court has appointed my child a guardian ad litem, which is very expensive, and I'm responsible for it because I asked for it. My child needs to have a voice in court about the abuse she witnessed and suffered at his hands. I'm doing everything I can without an attorney to protect my child.

He has refused to pay child support, but taking him back to court is expensive. So, I'm asking for donations. I need help to pay for the guardian ad litem. I need help with bills as I am now recovering from hip replacement plus I was just told I have an infection and have to start wound care and will need gas getting there and back my yard needs to be taken care of while im down so I gotta hire somome plus my car needs some work done bills piling up been outta work for over a month and will be till November when im medically cleared donation would be greatly appreciated.
