Jennifer's Supply Closet

Hi, my name is Anisa Arrington and for my Girl Scout Gold Award  ( https://www.girlscouts.org/en/our-program/highest-awards/gold-award.html ) I'm creating a supply closet at Children's Garden, an early childhood center in Kansas. The withdrawal plan is that teachers will be allowed to apply to get items they need the most throughout the school year. They will apply to a committee and if their application is approved, my mom( Corrine Scholes) will use the Girl Scout debit card to purchase the supplies. I'm Creating this supply closet in Honor of one of my dear friend's mom who passed away when we were in second grade( Age 8) from colon cancer. Jennifer was loved by so many and is missed every day. Jennifer worked at the Children's Garden as a teacher and sent her one son there. This supply closest is to help the school get the supplies they need to meet the needs of their young learners. It will also attempt to cover the cost of items they wouldn't dream of because of their budget. The Children's Garden is very careful with their money. They save every penny they have. They go to garage sales and make sure they take very good care of their supplies and equipment so it will last. Please join me in helping the Children's Garden.
