Jennifer's Last Chapter

Jennifer is facing her last chapter in this crazy adventure we call life. She is home on hospice care and not expected to pull through. With her being on hospice care that creates unexpected bills for her and her family. Her loving husband and mother are taking time away from work to help her transition into the final stages. The money raised will help with funeral costs as well as costs that come up while she is on hospice and her family is out of work providing Jennifer with around the clock care.

Jennifer has been an inspiration to many. She has shown us determination, love, and compassion while fighting her own battles. She was the first one to offer a prayer, her condolences, words of encouragement, and no matter what when she said she was going to do something she did it. Jennifer has been the sister I never had, the friend you dream about in movies, a phone call away, a laugh when I needed it, a hug, a constant.......

Right now she and her family needs us, we need to help her and be there for her as she was there for us in our darkest days.
