Jennifer Winchester's medical recovery
Donation protected
Our beloved, Jennifer, suffered a stroke on Monday, June 27th. Why this happened to our young, strong, beautiful girl, we cannot reconcile. Jen has already made improvements, but some impairments will take time to recover. No one in this world has more fight in her than Jen. She has an extraordinary team of medical professionals dedicated to her who are hopeful that she will make a triumphant recovery over time.
For those of you who know Jen, her family is her greatest love and success. A very close second is her passion for helping those struggling with substance use and mental health disorders find freedom from the shackles that bind them. Inspired through her recovery journey, it’s in raising her four incredible children and helping others that she has found purpose.
Jen’s adoring husband, Rob, has been, and continues to be, right at her side and caring for her and their two littles: Levi (10) and Wyatt (14). Their eldest, Lexi (20) and CJ (23), have been at their mom’s side, helping care for their brothers and affording their mom peace and quiet to recover. The love in this family holds no bounds.
There are unforeseen financial stressors with a medical condition such as a stroke. Rob was recently laid off due to a lack of work in his industry, and Jen has been placed on medical leave until further notice. Household and medical bills don’t engender compassion and continue to pile up; they keep coming.
Many of you have asked how you can help; this is our opportunity, and this is how we can help. Any amount you can afford to support Jen and her family in navigating this crisis is greatly appreciated. Those who know Jen know how prideful she is and how humbling this must be for her. Let’s show her how valued she is as she would inarguably show us.
With a heavy and hopeful heart,
