My name is Christian Urias, Jennifer’s older brother, and it is with great sorrow and pain that I must inform y’all about the death of my younger sister, Jennifer Urias Tacuri.

On Saturday, July 30th, my sister was tragically involved in a car accident, on her way to the beach with her friends, near Milton, Delaware. Jennifer was taken to a nearby hospital where she later died. She was only 20 years old and had so much life ahead of her.

I created this GoFundMe page to reach out to our community for support as we plan a funeral and memorial services for Jennifer, something we never thought we would be doing. Jennifer was an amazing sister, daughter, cousin, friend, and coworker to many people around her. She was bold, caring, independent, beautiful, generous in her own type of way, a jokester, and someone who was always there when you needed her to be. She had many dreams and ideas to give back to the community that shaped her into the person she was.

With the love and support we received during this time, we appreciate any donation provided, all funds collected will go directly to covering immediate needs.

El Sábado, 30 de Julio, mi hermana trágicamente estuvo en un accidente de carro cuando iban a la playa con sus amigos, cerca de Milton, Delaware. Jennifer fue llevada a un hospital cerca donde luego ella falleció. Ella tenía solo 20 años de edad y tenía mucha vida por delante.

Yo cree esta página de GoFundMe para llegar a nuestra comunidad por apoyo mientras planeamos el funeral y su memorial para Jennifer, algo que no nunca creímos que haríamos. Jennifer era una hermana increíble, hija, prima, sobrina, amiga y compañera de trabajo para muchas personas. Ella era aventurosa, atenta, independiente, bella, generosa en su manera, bromista, y alguien que siempre estaba ahi cuando le necesitabas. Ella tenía muchos sueños e ideas para dar devuelta a su comunidad que la formo en la persona que fue.
