I am creating this Go-Fund-Me campaign for my sister, Jennifer Ralph. 

Jennifer will be having full knee replacement surgery on April 2nd, followed quickly by the second knee replacement in early July. She has been been living with pain for years and the surgery is no longer "optional." She has struggled with knee issues her entire life, and is unable to continue with any sort of quality of life at this time without the surgeries. 

Unfortunately, though she works full-time (as a single parent supporting two fabulous kids), Jennifer will not have paid time off from work to recuperate from her surgeries. She will need to be off work for six weeks with both surgeries. In addition to not getting paid during this time, her medical insurance is not covering the surgeries in full, so she will have hefty medical bills once she is able to return to work.

As you can imagine, the impending surgery is incredibly stressful. Not only does Jennifer have to worry about the physical stresses of recuperating from a major surgery, but she also has the added burden of not knowing how she is going to pay her rent or buy groceries for her kids. Jennifer is one of the hardest working people I know and would gladly give you the shirt off her own back if she thought it would help you. I am hoping by putting together this go-fund-me, her friends and family can help alleviate a tiny bit of the constant worry Jennifer will be dealing with until these surgeries are complete.
