This Memorial Fund and Celebration of Life is created in honor of Jennifer Pratt. All funds will go to cover costs for the family and to help support the medical costs for Jennifer's mother, Gail Pratt who she had spent the last decade of her life loving and caring for.
Jennifer was an incredible mother, wife, grandmother, teacher and friend. No mother was more proud of her children, Clayton and Sarah, than Jennifer.Her zeal for life and positivity was contagious. She ferociously loved her children and granddaughter Charlotte and nothing made her happier than being with them or enjoying the outdoors with Mike. An educator for 24 years, Jennifer impacted the lives of countless students and teacher friends. Her true passions were math and science. Mike was lucky enough to share 12 years of adventures and memories with Jennifer. Mike, a licensed pilot, was helping Jennifer work towards a pilot's license of her own. They loved spending time together in the sky and down on the coast in Rockport & Galveston.
Her infectious smile and twinkling blue eyes will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
A Celebration of Life will be held this Sunday, June 4 at Elaine's Table in Hunt from 11am-2pm. Please join us to honor Jennifer!
