Hi there, my name is Patrick, and I'm setting this up to try and help out the family of my recently departed sister, Jennifer Mitchell. She leaves behind four amazing children, Jackie, Adam, Jarrett and Kaylyn, and two beautiful grandkids, Quinn and Stella.
