Jennifer MacDonald Funeral/Reception/Medical Fund

Jennifer S. MacDonald, 64, of Olney, MD passed away on November 3, 2019. Daughter of Martha Stanwood and the late Charles Stanwood. Loving wife of the late Frederick MacDonald. Survived by her children, Kaitlin Hagen (Barrett), Charles MacDonald, Abigail MacDonald (Steve), Donald MacDonald, Bridget MacDonald, and Patrick MacDonald. Also, survived by her 2 brothers Matthew Stanwood (Leslie) and Timothy Stanwood (PJ) and her many nieces and nephews.

Jennifer passed away surrounded by her children after a valiant fight with cancer. She will always be remembered for her love of children, dedication to her community, service to others, and devotion to her friends and family. She lived a faith-filled life as a loving wife, mother, sister, teacher, and friend to many. Throughout her life she inspired others and leaves a lasting legacy.

Relatives and friends may visit on Thursday November 7, 2019 from 6pm-8pm at the Roy W. Barber Funeral Home, 21525 Laytonsville Rd., Laytonsville, MD 20882 as well as Friday November 8, 2019 from 10am-10:45am at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 2900 Olney-Sandy Spring Rd., Olney, MD 20832, with the Memorial Mass to follow at 11:00 am.
