Hi everyone, I'm Alyssa Sawyer, and it is with a heavy heart that I convey the news of my dear Aunt Jennifer Gath's passing on November 20th. The loss of my aunt has created a void in our lives that words struggle to express. As we gather to navigate this profound loss, finding solace in honoring and celebrating her extraordinary life becomes a collective endeavor. This marks the beginning of a challenging journey to bid farewell to a woman whose influence touched us all uniquely and profoundly, all while shouldering the financial challenges now facing her children, Sydney (25), Ben (20), and Mackie (30). These remarkable souls find themselves with the daunting task of supporting each other in the absence of their beloved mom.

The pain is compounded by the fact that they lost their father, Ken, 11 years ago, and the burden of responsibility has only grown since then. Our hearts ache for Sydney, Ben, and Mackie as they navigate through this double tragedy, and we are reaching out to our extended family and dear friends for support during this trying time.

Your financial assistance will not only help with the immediate pressures they are facing, such as taking necessary time off work, but will also support them with basic day-to-day necessities like rent and bills. Additionally, they will need help with any final financial matters related to their mother's bills and cremation costs. In honoring their parents with dignity, we also aim to purchase a proper urn for her and, hopefully, one for their dad, Ken.
