Jennifer Horner

Jennifer Sachs-Horner unexpectedly passed away on 4-26-24. She was only 37 years old and leaves behind 2 young children and a husband whom she loved more than anything in this world. Jenn was a blessing and an impact in every person's life who was lucky enough to cross paths with her in any caliber. Jenn was not only an amazing mother and wife but also an amazing daughter, sister, friend and nurse among so many other things.
