Hi I'm Jennifer Blumhof and I have fallen on hard times. I have many medical problems including end stage renal disease. I'm on dialysis and can't work. I have run through all my savings and can't pay my rent or bills. I'm currently waiting on disability. Anything helps. Thank you in advance.
