My name is Logan Giger and I have the great pleasure of being Jennifer and Timmy's only blood-related Uncle. If you have never met these two it is hard for me to express how great they are; you simply cannot understand without knowing them. They are smart, kind, caring children with a huge capacity for love. They amaze me every time that I get a chance to interact with them.
These two darling children lost their father on Monday October 23rd, 2016. It leaves a gap that can never really be filled and it leaves me with a responsibilty that I am ready and willing to take on. I will never be able to replace the love that my brother had for his kids but I CAN be even more active in their lives. I CAN be the positive male role model that every child needs. I CAN, and WILL, do everything in my power to make sure they are taken care of; this is where I am asking for your assistance.
Every penny that is donated to this cause will go directly to the benefit of Jennifer and Timmy. I will manage the funds personally and depending on what is raised (the goal amount is entirely arbitrary) the money will be used for several different things. I plan on using it to support their educational needs and to participate in activities that their father would have wanted them to enjoy. To be a little more specific these will probably include hunting, fishing, camping, and back packing trips.
The money will only be used directly on them and to help me in getting back and forth to see them more frequently.
You should feel no obligation to give to this cause. I have only started this fundraiser as a way for people to contribute to Jory's children.
