Class of 1997 – Please Read and Share

I wanted to take a moment to share a GoFundMe for our friend and classmate, Jennifer Akers, who many of us remember as Jennifer Smith. Earlier this week, Jennifer suffered a stroke. She’s currently receiving care at Memorial Hospital and is on the road to recovery. Jennifer is a proud graduate of Ringgold High School, a Catoosa County resident, and most importantly, a loving mother of three. As you can imagine, medical emergencies like this can bring tremendous financial strain on a family,especially when a loved one is unable to work. If Jennifer has ever touched your life in some way, please consider showing her family some love and support. A donation of any amount helps, but even small gestures, sending flowers, a note, or sharing the GoFundMe link, make a big difference. As a community, we’ve lost too many lives far too soon.
