Jennie's getting a new kidney!

As many of you know, Jennie has been battling kidney disease for a very long time. Around this time last year we raised money for her fight to find a new kidney, as she desperately needs yet another kidney transplant. Since that time she has gone through unthinkable challenges including a blood clot in her heart, the removal and replacement of her dialysis port, endless bouts of illness and bedridden complications due to the dialysis, and countless visits to the hospital. To watch someone go through this amount of pain and obstacles is unbelievably heartbreaking. Yet she has maintained her sense of humor and ability to be able to be such an incredible mom to their children.

Jennie was recently (and perfectly) matched with a family friend and she will have her second kidney transplant on April 14th.

Along with this incredible news and blessing comes substantial financial strain. She needs to be out of work for 12 weeks so that her body can properly heal, and her husband needs to be with her for at least 1-2 weeks of that time, which means he will be out of work as well. Please consider donating to their fund so they can support their five children and not have to stress about the lack of income during this crucial time. 

We also ask that you keep her, her family and the donor in your thoughts and prayers. It is an incredibly selfless decision to donate an organ and potentially save someones life.
