Jenna's Surgery

As many of you already know, my very best friend Jenna Holmes has suffered with endometriosis since she was 15 years old.  In the past we have created a Go Fund Me account to help her travel to see a doctor in NYC! And thanks to all of her wonderful friends we were able to get her there. Unfortunately, due to issues with insurance and travel, they weren't able to help Jenna any further.

Here we are a few years later. Jenna is living in California and loving it! While her spirits are up, her medical issues still remain.  They are worse than ever. Luckily she found a wonderful doctor who is able to help her! His name is Dr. Nicholas Fogelson from the Women's Health Center in Portland Oregon.  They have scheduled excision surgery for the end of January. Jenna's dad even bought the plane tickets and reserved her a room while she recovers!

In order for Jenna to get the surgery she had to switch insurances, so it would be covered. Until the insurance company decided that now her surgery will not be covered.  She ended up having to use $3,000 she had saved for a vehicle for the deposit.  And now will be resposible for the rest of the surgery bill as well.

Jenna absolutely needs to have this surgery.  It is not an option to cancel the surgery. She cannot continue to suffer this way.  The doctor is very confident that this surgery will help her tremendously.  Please try and help my dear friend.  Anything you can do would be helpful.  Even if you just share this page.
