This year, I have been given the amazing opportunity to go to the Holy Land for a class trip. Throughout my high school Christian Studies classes, we have been learning about the life and death of Jesus Christ and what that means for us as Christians. To wrap up our studies and to connect the places that we have learned so much about to how they were impactful to the beginnings of Christianity, we will be touring places such as the Holy Mount, the Sea of Galilee, and the Dead Sea. Not only will we be seeing them, but we will also connect them to our studies and be receiving devotionals from our Christian Studies teacher along the way.
If you feel called to, there are two ways in which you can help:
The first is through prayer. This trip has been very impactful for many students in the past, so your prayers both for myself and for my classmates would be much appreciated. Please pray for a safe trip and a spiritually influential and life-transforming experience.
The second is through finances. This trip is quite expensive, $1200 in total. I will be contributing with my own money, my family is helping, and my school is contributing a significant amount to the cause for each student attending. If you would like to donate, I would be immensely grateful.
