Jenn and Zach's Fertility Journey

It is hard to ask for help. Especially financial help. Especially with the world the way it is. But when I have needed it, I have always found support in the circle of wonderful people around me both near and far. And so, I am asking for some help. Zach and I are trying hard to fulfill our dream of becoming parents, but we have encountered some unexpected roadblocks. I am going to need to fork over a few thousand dollars to remove a large polyp/ small fibroid that is dilating my cervix, meaning I will be unlikely to have a safe pregnancy. Once that is removed, we will face the additional challenge of actually getting pregnant, which has not happened naturally for us in over a year and a half of trying. My doctor and I are hopeful that ovulation medication will fix the issue but may have to look at additional intervention if it doesn't.

Staring down the daunting financial implications of this has been extremely stressful. We are asking for a little help to keep us from having to spend our entire savings on this process so that we will have some left over to, you know, actually be parents. Any and all donations will go towards my upcoming surgery and other fertility-related expenses in the coming months.
