Jenelle’s Stroke Recovery Support Fund
Donation protected
On Monday, 1/29/24 Jenelle McCune was taken to the emergency room via ambulance with vision loss, severe headache, loss of feeling in her left side and poor balance. Within hours she was rushed into emergency surgery to have a stent placed into her carotid artery. During that surgery her brain hemorrhaged causing her to have a massive stroke and multiple smaller strokes following. She was immediately taken into another emergency surgery to remove a portion of her skull to allow her brain to swell and drain the blood off her brain. There is no doubt this surgery saved her life.
Currently Jenelle is in a comatose state and has a long recovery journey ahead of her. She is making small strides neurologically but also has a bleeding disorder and has developed a bad case of pneumonia.
Jenelle is a single mom with a 15 year old son, 22 year old daughter, 26 year old daughter and 2 grandbabies. She has a home, a car payment, insurance and other bills that are due regularly. We (her family) are working hard to get her affairs in order but finances are a large obstacle. Thank you in advance for sharing and supporting our gofundme.
