Jen's Journey with Lymphoma
Donation protected
Please help support Jennifer Osebold as she journeys through Lymphoma.
Jen is a 31 year old wife and mother of two young children (Luke age: 3 & Marielle age: 1) In January, after noticing a lump had formed on her neck and attributing it to nothing more than a swollen lymph node, she waited to see if anything changed with time. In just a few short months Jen was given a devastating diagnosis.
*With that being said, Jen wants to bring awareness to everyone to pay attention to your body, and trust your intuition if something doesn't seem right.*
Through many tests, scans and biopsies it was determined that Jen had developed Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, with an extremely fast growing tumor. With the latest diagnosis, it was decided that Jen will be undergoing chemotherapy 2 days a week, with a 19 day break between each round. With a total of 4 rounds of chemotherapy. The Doctors are saying that she should not need radiation following treatment, due to the chemotherapy schedule they have developed for her. Jen's spirit's are extremely high and she has had a very positive outlook on her journey thus far. She is putting her faith in God, her Doctors, family and friends to help get her through this difficult time.
We are raising funds to help with medical expenses, medical travel, loss of work, time off, child care and any other unexpected expenses. To know Jen, is to love her! Jen would never ask for help herself, so this is our chance to take charge and show her that she truly has a village behind her, to help support her and her family every step of the way. If you are not able to donate, please keep Jennifer and her family in your prayers as they navigate this season of life.
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
