On 10/19/2022 my sister, Jen Ulman, was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (breast cancer, stage 2). Jen works as a kindergarten teacher and had to make the impossible decision to leave her job and focus on fighting this battle. Her last day of work was November 4th and her first chemo treatment will be on November 9th. The chemo treatments will go on for approximately 5 months and will be followed by surgery and possibly radiation. This means Jen won't be able to go back to work for quite some time. Jen's husband Matt, would like to be at every doc appointment and be able to be by Jen's side as she fights the cancer. Your gracious donation will go towards the financial burden this journey will impose on Jen and her family.
