Jen & Mick's IVF Journey for Baby Berge

Welcome everyone to a campaign full of faith, blessings, love (and hopefully at the end) A BABY!

They say it takes a village to raise a child and I would love to show Mick and Jen how big their village is.

To those who don’t know these two, Jen and Mick are integral to the Oklahoma City Figure Skating Club and Oklahoma City Youth Hockey Association. Their free time is given to our kids and children of the community.

Jen once told me that even before she met Mick in person, during one of their earliest phone conversations he told her he just knew he was “Meant to be a dad.” This is when she knew he was her person. They were married in April 2022.

If you have ever had the privilege to be around Jen or Mick, you will see how drawn children are to them. During any hockey game, Jen can be seen with a gaggle of children hanging off her or sitting snuggled in her lap. While on the ice you can see Mick’s players look up to him with adoration. They soak up all he has to say.

Starting a family to most is an easy process. Unfortunately for Jen and Mick, this has not been the case. Jen has endured 3 rounds of IUI, 2 resulting in a positive test. Unfortunately ending in devastating losses.

Jen and Mick have been advised by her physicians, that IVF is their only option to make their family dreams come true. The process of IVF can take on a toll mentally, physically, and financially. I am creating this to help remove the financial burden from them so that Jen can focus on her treatments.
