Most of you that knew Jennifer know she had pulmonary hypertension. She fought this disease  4 years. In September she had a good report from the doctor saying she was doing a  lot better. She became pregnant in October but loss the baby  in December. She needed to pass the baby and was given medication on January 12. She endured labor all night  and passed the baby,but ultimately became very sick afterward most likely putting too much strain on her heart. Saturday night while getting ready for bed she passed away.She didnt have burial insurance and so we are asking for whatever help you can offer.
