Jen & Jillian's Mission to Honduras

Hello Friends and Family!

Jillian and I are ready for our next mountain top adventure together – only this time in Honduras! April 12-18, over spring break, we will be participating in a mission trip hosted by our church. One of the main goals of this trip is to support, bless, and connect with one of the indigenous churches with whom our church partners. Some of our specific tasks will include construction work, hosting a children’s Vacation Bible School, hosting cooking workshops for women, and distributing food to homes in the poorer mountain region.

Jillian just turned 13, and it will be her first time on a mission trip! She hopes to make connections with the youth by playing soccer and volleyball and shoring up her Spanish speaking skills. She also expressed that she would like to pray prayers that she has memorized in Spanish with those in need!

Please pray that God will prepare the hearts of our team and those with whom we will come in contact. We desire to be a blessing and make connections for the church that is there.
