Hi! My name is Jen, and I am a struggling mom.

Come this Monday, the 24th of March, my water is going to be shut off. I have never gone to these lengths for help, and I am late on the water bill. I only have less than $200 to my name for the next 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I am not getting any work hours at Portillo's like I used to. I am lucky if I get 30 hours a week.

I am asking for help to keep my water on until I get my refund! I can't go without running water, and American Water is the culprit. I can't afford anything else because I can't get the work I need. Can you please help

I am also behind on all of my other utilities and food. I also contacted my local mayor last night for help and got no response.
