Hey, it's me, Jemma!

I've always wanted a big, soft, heavy, bouncing chest that practically explodes out of any top I wear, but as a trans woman I desperately need a boost in that department. The hormones that my body naturally produces do not, it turns out, cause boob growth. As a male-presenting teenager I found this hugely disappointing to say the least, and I remember crying myself to sleep over it a number of times. In the past year nature got a boost with me starting hormone replacement therapy, which got me to a small B cup, but I need more. I want to be at least a D, maybe bigger.

This isn't just a matter of aesthetics or vanity (although it's definitely both of those things), this is primarily gender-affirming medical care for me. As a woman who was forced to live as a man for many years, the smaller my chest is, the more gender dysphoria I feel - this is deeply psychologically damaging. Conversely, the bigger my chest gets, the more gender euphoria I feel - because big tiddies are rad. I'm not sure if my breasts are still growing on HRT - maybe they are, but it doesn't feel like it. Either way, it's too slow, and the chances of me getting to the vast, pendulous, traffic-stopping size I want with hormones alone is basically zero. I need you to help give my boobies a boost!
