My name is Kolleen (McIntyre) Crawford. I am a 52-year-old mother of 5 kids and 1 grandchild. I had a heart attack in July 2024. I found out my heart is working at less than 10 percent, so therefore I'm in need of a Heart Transplant. I am on the list for a heart now. I am going down to Milwaukee Hospital for appointments regarding the transplant. In the meantime, I am not able to work as much as I did before since it is very hard to get around without getting out of breath very easy.

I'm down to like 5 to 7 hours a week. It will be a long road ahead while waiting on a heart with a lot of traveling back and forth to Green Bay to Milwaukee. I am needing some help with travel expenses and hotel stays when family stays there with me. I have to stay in the hospital for 2 to 3 weeks after my heart surgery and go down there once a week for a month after for testing, then once a month for at least 6 months. So if anyone is able to donate anything for my expenses and help out with some other bills and medication, I would be very grateful.
