This is a memorial fund set up to benefit the family of Randell Omar Foxe (October 18, 1979 - December 27, 2014) who was killed as a result of injuries sustained from car accident by a drunk driver on December 27. 2014. We thank all our family and friends who have asked what they can due to assist the family at this time of bereavement.
