Recently, our dog "Harley" tore his ACL in his right leg. He also has hip dysplasia in both legs and onset arthritis. We do not want to put him down since he's only 5 years old. We're asking for help for his medical knee surgery coming up on Oct. 28th and ongoing pain medications. His surgery is $5,000! Anything you can give will be ever so helpful. Thank you in advance.
