Jef returned to his home late after playing in a concert on Friday, February 23. Upon returning to his house, Jef discovered a group of people (presumed to be renters at or visitors to a neighboring house) standing in his front yard. Jef asked the people to leave his property. Jef was physically assaulted that resulted in a shattered pelvis and broken hip. Jef is currently in ICU at Greenville Memorial Hospital. He’s being monitored for internal bleeding.
