Jeff Vaden Memorial & Rememberance
So many people loved my father. Jeff Vaden was the most talented, generous, fun-loving, spontaneous soul. He was so loved by our family. He was my best friend.
Sadly, my father couldn't see these qualities in himself. On the evening of Monday, February 13th, Jeff Vaden committed suicide. His death was sudden and it has been absolutely devastating.
Unfortunately, there are circumstances surrounding anything my father had prepared to cover postmortem expenses. Our family has decided to reach out to family members, friends, and the community to ask for help. There are funeral and memorial expenses, debts, and so many other things that need to be addressed. Anything at all will help us tremendously.
I would also like to take a moment to thank, from the very bottom of my heart, everyone who has been there for us in this time of need. Your support and kind words have been such a bright spot in this incredibly dark time. It makes me so, so happy to know how much you loved my father.
If you or anyone you know has experienced suicidal thoughts, please please please tell someone. The National Suicide Prevention Hotline is 1-800-273-8255.
You are loved. You are all so loved. Please remember that.
