Saving My Life With Bariatric Surgery

Sometimes situations call for drastic measures...I don't know where else to turn. I am a morbidly obese male, 46 years old. I am married and have two grown children. I have severe chronic veinous stasis & lipodermatosclerosis, among several other medical problems.  I take a dozen prescription pills a day. I'm now disabled and am unable to pay for bariatric surgery. I don't have health insurance. I have tried every kind of diet out there, but to no avail. I need the money to fund a gastric sleeve surgery and get to a healthy weight. I'm not doing this just for me, but for my wife, children, & family.  I hope to be able to do the things I used to be able to do.  I want to be able to go to places and do things with my grandchildren some day.  Thank you very much...God Bless You.  Jeff
