Jeff's Final Farewell: Your Help is Needed

Jeffrey A. Pool born January 13th 1990 loved live music concerts, online gaming, get togethers, spending time with his nieces, nephews, family and friends alike and so many more hobbies. A genuine kind soul, willing to give you the shirt off his back. Always walked into a room with a smile on his face. On March 7th, heaven gained one of the best and brightest angels. Taken far too soon and unexpectedly, the family is scrambling to ensure his funeral is taken care of.

Life has not always been kind to Jeff however. At a young age he was diagnosed with Crouzon's disease. At age 9 he was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. For the last 4 years Jeff has been in a constant battle for his life due to kidney failure. 3 days every week he dedicated himself to dialysis, working very hard to get himself the transplant he so desperately needed to survive. During this time, with each passing appointment his immune system was weakened even more so, putting him in higher risks. The last year of his life was that of a brutal one, spending more time in an ICU than he could comfortably at home. Unfortunately he was unable to obtain a life insurance policy to help with end of life expenses due to it being a "pre existing condition".

Funeral will be held Wednesday March 19th at 1pm at Case Funeral Home. Followed by a get together. The obituary cannot be posted until services are paid in full. The family is reaching out in hopes to help alleviate some of these expenses. Help us give Jeff the final send off he truly deserves. No amount is too little, even a share is appreciated.
