Jeffrey's Road to Recovery

My son, Jeffrey W. Hoffmeyer, was involved in a rollover accident on Friday, 1-3-2025. He was thrown from the vehicle as it rolled over and was unconscious. They had to perform CPR on him and took him to Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN. After about a 5-hour surgery, he was in a coma, and they had to remove part of his skull to stop the bleeding and swelling.

He was on a ventilator until Sunday when he came out of the coma and started to come around. After a huge miracle, today he is out of ICU and will be discharged from the hospital to a rehab facility to do physical therapy. He still has a long way to go, with a minimum of 3 months for head injuries and a fractured skull in 3 places, but he is able to walk.
