This gofundme is to help our family with the funeral arrangements for Jeff. He was on disability for many years, he had not made any prior arrangements and my parents live on social security. If you feel prompted in your heart to give a monetary amount in remembrance of Jeff, it will be greatly appreciated! We are looking at the most cost affective way to have a cremation and then a memorial service.

Jeff was loud, boisterous, hilarious and protective. He loved deeply and would literally give you the shirt off his back. Those that knew him - loved him. He struggled with severe PTSD & depression after years working as a prison guard - it completely stole his life. I know he lost contact with almost everyone other than his immediate family - but he talked about the "old times" daily.

He is finally at peace.
