Jeffrey Trufant's Recovery After Plane Crash
Donation protected
On Thursday, June 16, Jeffrey Trufant and two friends (Michael Franco and Sean Harrison) were flying in a small plane taking aerial photos in the mountains near Brevard, North Carolina. Toward the end of their flight, the plane became unresponsive and crashed in a heavily wooded area near a summer camp. Despite having broken bones and internal injuries, Jeffrey climbed out of the wreckage and walked to get help. Because of his efforts and the quick response of emergency personnel, all three passengers survived and were airlifted to hospitals nearby.
Jeffrey faces a long and painful recovery and our hope is that we can relieve any associated financial burden on he and his wife Brigid. Please consider a generous donation so they can focus on his recovery and rest in the knowledge that they are loved and supported by many!
