We are devastated to share that Jeffrey passed away on Monday, August 17th 2020. He was an amazing son, brother, cousin, friend, and Dreamer loved by all. Jeffrey was loving and caring, one of his greatest attributes is a protector. He always stood up for those who couldn't stand up for themselves.
Jeffrey was only 19 years old, he was just entering the early stages of adulthood, looking forward to life after high school before he was gunned down. His death was sudden and unexpected. He never imagined not returning home after a trip to the gas station.
