Please help my brother, Jeff, who is suffering with a serious health challenge. He is still hospitalized more than a month after having major abdominal surgery, followed by a life threatening infection. His motor and cognitive skills have deteriorated significantly.  (At this point he can't lift his hands to raise a glass of water to his lips.)  Jeff is going to need care in a rehabilitation facility until he can care for himself again. Even with insurance, the out-of-pocket expenses are exorbitant.
