When Jeff Heath arrived home from work on January 4, 2018, his family expected typical together time - not that he wouldn't wake up again. He was two days shy of his 47th birthday.
Jeff Heath's favorite life roles included dad, husband, son, brother, friend, hard worker, jokester, motorcycle rider, and die-hard Alabama football fan. He leaves behind his wife, parents, twin and big brothers, and many more loved ones and friends. Most importantly, Jeff leaves his three children: Jackson (age 7), Carlee (age 10), and Chelsea (age 19). Jeff's parents and brothers live in Enterprise, Alabama, where they grew up, but his family lives in Lake City, Florida, (where he has continued to proudly wear his crimson and Roll Tide gear!) without other immediate family members.
This memorial fund is set-up on behalf of the Heath family. Jon Heath, Jeff's twin brother (and CPA), will manage and distribute the funds - first to help with the suddenly needed funeral and burial arrangements. The additional funds will provide support for Jeff's wife and three children to hopefully ease the financial burden of losing someone so suddenly. Specifically, the youngest children now require after-school care while their mom works - which their dad previously provided; Jeff and Erica purchased their first home together two years ago (a home Jeff especially loved and was proud of), and the remaining funds will be used to assist with the mortgage as the family adjusts to their sudden loss.
Any donation, regardless of size, is appreciated since it's made in memoriam of Jeff. While their hearts are broken right now, his family thanks you from the bottom of them.
