Jeffrey Todd has been in a diabetic coma since October 17, 2021. His Mom and girlfriend have bee by his side from day one and are incurring various unexpected expenses. If you know JT, this is a no brainer. I want to help them cover hotel, food, and travel expenses. Please help me, help them.
Jeffrey went into a hypoglycemic coma early Sunday morning, which basically means his sugars dropped way too low. Christy found him on Sunday afternoon and he was rushed to the hospital in Alpine and then air transported to MCH Odessa where he’s in the ICU.
Right now he’s heavily sedated to handle the seizures he’s having. We’re just praying and waiting right now. There will eventually be another MRI, but for now they are just trying to manage the seizures.
His mother Mary Lynn is with him. No outside visitors are being accepted. Please send your prayers and we’ll post daily updates here.

Updates:
October 23, 2021: JT was scheduled for an MRI this morning, but was canceled due to scheduling conflicts. They will be scheduling for later today. There is currently no change in his condition.
October 23, 2021: We just received the MRI results. While the scope of the damage hasn’t gotten better since Monday, it also hasn’t gotten worse. He’s still deeply sedated to stop the seizures. The doctor is saying we just need to wait a few more days to see where it goes with the seizures. They’ll put him back on an eeg next week to check that.
October 24, 2021: No change today. We are waiting on MRI results.
October 25, 2021: They're going to lower sedation today and see if there's noticeable seizure activity. We're waiting for the doc to come around and see when eeg goes back on.
October 26, 2021: Hey guys. Here’s the latest. Jeffrey’s seizures are being controlled now and he’s off sedation, so if he is going to wake up, now would be a good time. Doctors have said we just have to wait and see. We know there’s some damage to his brain, but they can’t predict how much unless he wakes up. It’s a horrible waiting game right now.
