Hello Everyone,
First of all we want to extend our gratitude to the outpouring love, prayers and support we have received from you all . To update those who are unsure of what we are talking about let me bring up to date. Friday morning, January 22, 2016, our Father, Jeff Rhodes had a stroke in his home in Hermiston, Oregon and was life-flighted to Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center where he has been receiving the best of care.
The stroke occurred on the left side, and his right side was effected. Memory is still a little foggy, but he is a determined badass! Determined to get better and his right side going again, and back to the New Normal life. He sometimes is confused but he speaks well and has not lost one ounce of his contagious humor.
At this time they are planning for his discharge and relocating him to a rehabilitation center in Tri Cities, Washtington. It is an aggressive stroke program that is only for people that they expect a full recovery!
Everyday he is 100% better than the previous day.
It's amazing to see the determination and strength he is giving to reprogram his right side and the drive in him to get home to be with the love of his life, Vicki and his two fur babies.
Well we are all deeply emotional writing this as they unknowling know we are pleading for your help to help them. We are not sure what insurance is going to cover at this point, but we know it wont cover everything. Anything will go a along way to help get him back on his feet and most appreciated.
Again from my family, we express a world of thanks. We are truly blessed to have every bit of support from all of you ❤!
