On June 24th, 2020 - the world lost a bright and humble soul.
Jeffrey Paul Agliam Aluyen unexpectedly passed, leaving behind family, friends and a legacy that will live on in our hearts.
Jeff was an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend loved by all. He was a jokester and knew how to make others always feel good in his presence. Jeff inspired others around him to do better and liked to challenge people to think outside the box. Although known for keeping his life plans low-key, everyone knew he strategically planned his next steps and future endeavors.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Jeff grew up with a big family in Kalihi and was called “JP” in his early days. JP was the epitome of a 90s kid – big silver-teeth smile, always full of creative ideas to keep entertained and happy with the small things. Jeff attended St. Theresa School, Damien High School and graduated with a Biomedical Engineering degree at DeVry University in Arizona. Following his move back home, Jeff worked for Kapiolani Hospital and had plans to shift gears to pursue a career as an electrician.
Whether he was your favorite card playing partner or your sports team rival, Jeff was a loyal and supportive friend who would always be willing to chill and have a good time. Everyone loved him and only had the best moments to remember him by.
Jeff will truly be missed but the lifetime of memories created with him will forever be cherished in so many hearts.
This GoFundMe has been set up by Jeff’s cousins and all funds will be gifted to Jeff’s mom, dad and brother.
